Welcome to my blog! I'm Ann-Marie from London (but you can call me Annie If you like) and I AM OK. I'm 36, single, child-free and travelling the world! After what feels like a million years of swiping, dating, and endless disappointment, coupled with years of feeling stuck in a career rut deeper than the Grand Canyon... I finally thought FUCK THIS, I'm off! So, less than a month after the heartbreaking end to what I thought was a happy relationship, I quit my job, packed up my flat and booked a one way ticket to see the world. Because I wanted to, so I did.
This blog is about choosing a path in life which challenges the societal norm! It's about being single, dating, the so-called Panic Years that only a woman could truly understand, travel, health, grief, freedom, happiness and EMBRACING LIFE! I'm putting myself out there and being completely authentic, honest and vulnerable... I aim to inspire as many people as I can to live a life that is true to them, and no one else!
